Before you collect anyone's money

Is Cartagena safe for a US bachelor group?
Stay in Centro Histórico or Getsemaní — walkable core, not a cheap far suburb. Move at night as a group or with arranged transport. Don't DIY a random Instagram boat. Same rule as Miami or Mexico: the house and the logistics are the product.
Where do the villas sit?
Centro or Getsemaní. Walking distance to the old city. A bed for everyone — no couches. We confirm the house in writing before you collect money. If it falls through, we find another in those zones and tell you first.
Are the villas actually checked?
Yes. We don't send you a pretty listing and hope. AC, beds, guest policy, walking time — vetted before it hits your quote. Photos on a random Airbnb are not that.
How do we get around at night?
Airport van is in the starter (named driver, plate the day before). For nights out: stay in the core, move together, or add Nightlife host / House security if the chat wants a door person or a guard at the house. Don't run six separate Uber arguments at 1am.
Do we need Spanish?
No. Andrés answers on WhatsApp. We book drivers, boats, and restaurant tables. You don't negotiate with vendors.
How does payment work?
Each guy gets his own Stripe link. Groom $0 — the group covers him. Deposit 50%, balance 50%. Share one page in the chat; it updates as guys pay. No Venmo chase.
What's the deposit / refund rule?
Free cancel until Lock — first 50% clears and we hold suppliers. After Lock, that deposit is non-refundable. Cancel 14+ days out: we refund everything above the deposit, or one credit within 12 months. Under 14 days or a no-show: no refund. Boat weather: we rebook that line or credit it only. Written cancel on WhatsApp. Travel insurance recommended. Full policy: Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling.
What's included on the boat so nobody asks for cash at the dock?
Private hull for your group. Captain, fuel, port taxes included. Lunch and bar allotment as listed on the add-on. Nobody hits you for cash at 8am on the pier. Shared cattle boats are a different product — we don't sell those.

What don't you do?
